Dr. Itnyre grew up in the Detroit area where he graduated from high school and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Detroit.  He then completed his M.D. degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit. 

He completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan.  He has been practicing in Cadillac with hospital privileges at Mercy Hospital Cadillac since that time. 

Dr. Itnyre is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. 

While raising his two daughters, Dr. Itnyre has devoted his entire career caring for the women of the Cadillac community.   

With over 25 years in the same location, he is now delivering a third generation of local families.
